Mexican Black Kingsnake (Lampropeltis getula nigrita)

These beautiful Mexican Black Kingsnakes are easy to handle and make great pets! They are predominately terrestrial snakes. Despite their name, they have a sparkling enamel that gives them a gorgeous blue iridescence during the day. Kingsnakes are notorious for being able to eat other venomous snakes and resist the effects of venom.
